Italian Cooking Experience
The PINSA PARTY
ALL YOU CAN COOK - 80€ / PERSON
You will partecipate to the lesson managed by the Mastro Pinsaio that will share with you all the secrets of making the perfect Pinsa.
You will prepare your pinsa, cook it and eat it directly in the laboratory. Drinks (water,coke,beer) are included in the cost. Soecial wine on request 😉
You will receive the DIPLOMA of Mastro Pinsaio with the recipe!

We will be introduced by the property to the Vaccani History and we will visit the laboratory. Little welcome drink while the Mastro Pinsaio will explain the experience

- Cook your Pinsa
We will receive all the material and explanations to prepare our Pinsa, starting from preparing the basic pasta, adding ingredients, and cook it in the oven.
