You will prepare your pinsa, cook it and eat it directly in the laboratory. Drinks are included in the cost.
You will receive the DIPLOMA of Mastro Pinsaio with the recipe!

We will move all together by foot to the laboratory
We will be introduced by the property to the Vaccani History and we will visit the laboratory. Little welcome drink while the Mastro Pinsaio will explain the experience
We will receive all the material and explanations to prepare our Pinsa, starting from preparing the basic pasta, adding ingredients, and cook it in the oven.
We will eat our Pinsa, and we will continue cooking if we want 🙂
All the participants will receive the official diploma of “Mastro Pinsaio”, with the recipe!
